We're fixing a broken part of hiring
Scheduling a phone screen takes days. The call itself takes 30 minutes. Most of that time is repeating the same questions to every candidate. Talentlinq exists to give that time back to hiring teams — and to make the experience better for candidates too.
The story
We built Talentlinq after watching talented people drop out of hiring pipelines because the process demanded too much of them upfront. Meanwhile, hiring managers were drowning in calendar invites, no-shows, and inconsistent first-round calls.
Async video screening isn't new — but it shouldn't require a 6-month contract, an IT team to set up, or a 20-step onboarding flow. We wanted something a founder or HR manager could set up in under ten minutes and start using the same day.
That's what we built. Talentlinq is the tool we always wished existed.
